WEG offers multiple different options for individuals looking to enter the entertainment field. The first is through education with our School of the Arts which is currently in development. Once open, students will have a curriculum that will encourage, enhance, and stimulate creativity while preparing them with real-world job skills to step in a studio, set, or writers room the day after graduation.
In addition, WEG also has two Film & Television writers development programs to help writers attempting to enter the industry.
Bravo – WEG’s Artist-in-Residence Program
WEG’s immersive, collaborative program for career minded entertainment professionals, Bravo, is a training ground and clearinghouse for new writers, animators, producers, entrepreneurs, and content providers of every artform. Bravo program participants will learn, grow and maximize their skillsets in WEG’s in-house workshop with hands-on guidance, leadership and exposure to the world of professional entertainment from award-winning industry insiders.
Marquee – WEG’s Program for Elite Talent and Creatives
WEG’s exclusive in-house program for elite-level creatives provides a salaried structure for emerging entertainment professionals to create, collaborate and provide exclusive content alongside established, award-winning industry insiders. The Marquee program provides on-the-rise talents a unique opportunity to work in a wide array of formats and first-look access to WEG’s acclaimed, dynamic and diverse Catalog of Projects.
